Victory in Europe Campaign #24 will start the first battle Day on February 6th 2010 and End on March 13th 2010.

Registration will open up on Friday, January 29th.

We will once again go through the pre-team qualification registration process to try and even out the team. When you register, you will be placed into a divisional holding area. Once we have enough people signed up (usually 1 or 2 days after registration opens), you will be placed into your Division:

1. You sign up to play ViE #24 (Pay-to-Pick still applies to old rules)

2. You will receive verification that you have registered to play.

3. We will have a combination of the randomizer and manual checks to even out the teams. Check the forums and once assigned, you will see your divisional section of the team you will be playing for.

4. We have a list of all those players who yet once again let their team down and NOT SHOW UP after registering to play. These people will receive a notification that if they wish to register for ViE #24, they will need to Pay via PayPal a $5.00 USD fee in hopes that they might show up if they have some investment into the campaign. This applies to Veterans (played in ViE at least 1 campaign). If you do receive the notice and you know you played (there are still some bugs in that program), just PM me for an over-ride)

I will also be implementing a system for a few select ViE Vets that seem to always be around to have a special assignment tag of "V". These people will be playing for their team and may not hold rank above a NCO position and will help play for the other side if teams are uneven. I'll be contacting these folks before registration so they can know ahead of time if they want the postition or will be taking a CO position for their team.
