The fifth campaign of Victory in Europe started on the 17th Febuary 2007. It lasted 11 battledays and ended with an Allied victory, the first in the history of ViE.

The campaign saw some initial trouble with TIWAZ, a new anti-cheat program, and some turnout problems were noted as well. The Allies clearly dominated the campaign, having recieved many key players through the randomization process. They finished with the second best performance of any division after the 3-RB, boasting a 16-6 record.
